Conference Calls – Establish the first CO Line call using a CO Line button.To Add A Second CO Line

  1. Press the CONF/TRNS button
  2. Access a second CO line and dial the next telephone number
  3. Press the CONF/TRNS button after the party answers

To Add A Second Station

  1. Press the CONF/TRNS button
  2. Dial the Strata extension number
  3. Press the CONF/TRNS button after the party answers
  4. Repeat to add another party

Storing A Speed Dial Number
System speed dial telephone numbers can be stored in the system memory by station 200 only.

  1. DO NOT lift the handset
  2. Press the # and * buttons.
  3. Dial a 2-digit speed dial code (60 – 99)
  4. Dial the telephone number to be stored (20 digits max)
  5. Press the # button to record the telephone number in memory
  6. Repeat the steps above with every telephone number to be stored
  7. Write down the speed dial codes and telephone numbers for future reference

To Call A Speed Dial Number

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Press any available CO Line button
  3. Press the * button
  4. Dial the 2-digit speed dial code for the desired telephone number
  5. Hang up when the call is completed

    Hello There: I have a Strata Dk system and am in need of a manual to re-program a phone, and or card.

    All of the button lights on one phone on one card seem to have shifted upwards, leaving me without a working intercom button on the bottom.

    Can someone help me here?

    i have a dk 56 i need to program to be able to tranfer calls to external numbers i can on ly tranfer to inernal extentions is ther some programing or feature that would allow me to do this. thank hubert

    i have a strada dk56 that we are having trouble transfering calls outside to other locations we can tranfer calls internaly to extentiond is ther a feature or programing that needs to be done that allows you to do this if so how can i get hte info on this system

    Hi Hubert,

    You have 2 options when transferring calls off-premise. The first is to do a tandem call and then drop out of the conversation. When you use this method two phone lines will be tied up for the duration of the conversation.

    To Establish a Tandem CO Line
    Connection (Line to Line):

    1. While on a CO line call, press the Cnf/Trn button.
    2. Press a Line button and dial a telephone number.
    3. Press the Cnf/Trn button after the party answers.
    4. Press the Cnf/Trn button.
    5. Hang up.

    A better method in my opinion is to get the flash transfer feature from the phone company. Using this method you will not tie up any of your phone lines once the call is transferred. Basically you would press the FLASH key on your phone, dial the external phone number and then hang up. If you don’t have a flash key you may need to program one on the telephone.

    Hello,

    I have a Strata DK56 phone system in my office and am not able to program speed dials. I have been on several websites and tried all the prescribed methods (including the one above) and it won’t program properly. I have using the 200 station. Have tried it using both the * / # method above as well as the speed dial and redial button method. I believe one of the problems may be that the SD and/or the redial button are not programmed properly. All I get is the disconnect tone and recording when I call a programmed SD. Open to any and all suggestions!!
