Try pressing Call 8 5 1 then press the key you want to use for the headset button and dial 05. If the feature button you are trying to use was using a 3 digit feature code you will need to dial Call 8 5 2 and then dial 000 to clear the feaure code before you program the key as a headset button.

Hi Melanie,
If you are being automatically logged out it means your group is probably set up as a UCD (uniform call distribution) and there is a setting that will disable the auto-logout feature. This change needs to be made through system programming so you're better off having a certified technician make the changes for you.

The audio signal alerting you to a second call is called off-hook signaling and it is not available when you are a member of a UCD group. If you want an indication of how many people are in the queue you can add a supervisor key to your phone. This key can be made to flash when a certain amount of people are waiting in the queue or if they have been waiting a certain amount of time. There is also a company called PABXsoft that makes software that will allow you to see how many people are waiting on your computer screen. This is what it looks like http://www.pabxsoft.com/eng/ACDAgent.htm

Hope that helps!

I have few question on Group In/Out and call receiving that I didn't find in any user guide.
Is it possible to not be automatically out if I didn't answer only one call ?
Is it possible to get an audio signal when already on the phone to notify you that another call is entering, such as the receptionnist on the main switchboard ?

Thank you very much for your time and your answer...

Best regards,

Melanie

Hello There: I have a Strata Dk system and am in need of a manual to re-program a phone, and or card.

All of the button lights on one phone on one card seem to have shifted upwards, leaving me without a working intercom button on the bottom.

Can someone help me here?
Thank you
