The way you record the Auto-attendant greeting can vary based on the system programming and the software version of the system.  

You can try this though.

   1. Press Intercom 700
   2. Dial 300 and enter the passcode
   3. Press 72 for System Administration
   4. Press 4 for instruction mailboxes
   5. Enter 000 and choose the listen option (press 5). If this is not your Day greeting hang up and consult with your system administrator or repeat steps 1-4 and choose a different mailbox (001, 002, etc.)
      If this is the correct mailbox press 7 to record a new greeting, press # when done.
   6. Hang up</description>
