A VoiceMail/Auto-attendant will allow calls to be answered with a custom greeting such as "Thank you for calling XYZ company. If you know your party's extension you may dial it at any time.." in addition to allowing each employee to have their own mailbox.

VoiceMail to email will allow messages in your voice mailbox to be emailed as a .wav file to your email address.
