To change your night greeting on a Samsung OfficeServ 100, 500, 7100, 7200 and 7400 phone systems:

1. Press the voicemail button
2. Press * # 0000
3. Enter the system password
4. Press 1 to edit system prompts
5. Enter 1002 for the Night prompt
6. Press 1 to listen to the current prompt.  If this is not the prompt you want to record press * *
7. If this is the correct prompt press 3 to discard the current recording and begin recording a new prompt.
8. Press 2 when finished and review the greeting.   If the greeting is acceptable press # to save
9. Hang up

Note: If you change any of your single digit options (press 1 for sales, 2 for accouting, etc.) you must have a technician connect to the voice mail and altar your Night Menu programming.
