First let me say thank you. You and Chris did a wonderful and professional job for us. I cannot say how pleased I am with your company’s performance and service. Chris went out of his way to insure that our phone system was up and running properly without issue. Of all the vendors involved in the process of setting us up, your firm ranks as the most outstanding.

In fact, I am partly writing this, not only to thank you, but to follow up on something Chris thought he might help us with. The phone “box” in Ocala needs to have a new greeting, etc. recorded for the auto attendant. Chris felt that if we provided a model number he could provide us with some advice as to how to proceed.

I have been told that the auto attendant box in Ocala is a BCM-50 from Nortel. I’m hoping that provides a clue for you or Chris to give us some advice.

I’d be lying if I said I had no qualms when I ordered a phone system from Emergent. We’d already had a bad experience with the phones when we moved into our new home, and ordering new ones from a company in Orlando that had been recommended to us had me holding my breath.

My concern wasn’t with the NEC DSX-40 system you recommended, not after I researched it on the Internet. No, the big question was how you’d support it when the phones were installed and work out the inevitable kinks in our extensions, picking up the fax machine, rolling over to our second line, ringing the doorbells, etc.

But boy, did Emergent come through for me. The support provided by Mitch, one of your technicians, was incredible. He worked closely with me to make the adjustments and test the system until we’d resolved all the big-little things that drive a new homeowner crazy.

The next time I’m in Orlando, it won’t be to see Mickey Mouse. No, I want to meet you and Mitch and thank you personally. In the meantime both of you, as well as Emergent, have the sincere appreciation of my wife and me in helping us get the kind of phone system we needed and sticking with us to make sure it worked correctly.
